The cut is great.

I wouldn't go blonde though. I would look for a lighter brown color, there are some really beautiful shades of brown out there, try to find one of them.

your eyebrows are to dark for blonde but you could use some highlights.... otherwise i think it will look very nice

You could do a light brown shade, but not as blonde as Reese Witherspoon.. Very few people can actually pull off that look. A caramal color would look good, especially with that cut/style. I'd say don't go all one color though, have highlights or streaks in your hair.

in my opinion, yes. you are very pretty, you look good with your current hair but if you want to try something new, you should do it.

I think you should go with some blonde highlights first and see how you like it before you go all-the-way blonde. I think you would look cute with blonde hair, but I think you should go gradually. It will give you and people you know a chance to adjust and that way you won't be so shocked by such a sudden and drastic change in color. The cut is cute and will look good on you:)
